Smiling faces in New Delhi and several thousand fragrant breads of bread are the result of a long-standing and successful collaboration between LIEMONT and Werner & Pfleiderer. The WP Bakery Group offers entire bakery technology process chains, such as dough preparation, fermentation, kneader/extruder, baking, cooling and packaging. As with LIEMONT, safety, reliability and quality standards are paramount for WP. As a result of the shared values of both companies, international projects in the areas of new assembly, maintenance and modifications have already been created worldwide.
One of the most beautiful projects is certainly the reassembly and commissioning of an oven in India. The “Thermador DUO” oven installed in this project has a total length of 18m, a width of 3.75m and has the capacity to bake 4000 breads per hour.
The project was a complete success, as after commissioning, the first production was distributed to residents of the surrounding region in New Delhi. Complex technology meets heartwarming willingness to help!
