Due to major fire damage, a renowned biscuit and cookie manufacturer in Cestas, France, had to restrict or stop production.
As a result of this damage, we were commissioned to carry out the following work with a team of 10 people: dismantling the defective production plant, testing and repair of usable components, including reassembly. The newly delivered machine components were also reassembled at the same time.
After completion of the complete assembly, the production line was checked and commissioned, including the handover to the customer.
Through short-term logistical planning and implementation, we were able to help prevent a major production downtime.
